On the occasion of the 75th edition of the Locarno Film Festival, the German filmmaker and moving image artist Hito Steyerl presented her video installation: SocialSim at the Il Rivellino LDV art gallery in Locarno.

The use of innovative and immersive techniques for her work often exhibited in unconventional places earned her the Boccalino d'Oro 2022 award.
